When I first started out in Orangs, I was rushed and forgot to lock one lock (they weren't inside though). I got a talking to by my boss and the curator. I think the second time you get suspended for 3 days (from that area), and then you either get suspended from work or fired. Not too sure and I really don't want to find out.
