My family did a big west trip when I was 15 or 16. We say Rocky Mountain National Park, Arches National Park in Utah (really under rated really cool place), the Grand Canyon, Painted Desert and Petrified Forest, and we drove the whole way and camped some and stayed at some hotels. It was a lot of fun.

But no Yellowstone.
