If it is a .gif file or any image file, then click the fucking box that says image and paste the image link. THE ACTUAL IMAGE link (which would require you to right click the image, see properties, and copy that direct link).

If it is a video, then simply use the tags [*youtube]ENTER YOUR YOUTUBE URL HERE[/*youtube] without actually typing the *****'s.
