LeBron James and Big Z will re-unite in Miami.
MIAMI (AP)—Zydrunas Ilgauskas(notes) has signed a free-agent contract with the Miami Heat, and will now play for a team other than the Cleveland Cavaliers for the first time in his NBA career.
Ilgauskas agreed in principle to a deal on Tuesday, then had to wait for Miami to complete other pending moves before completing the move Saturday.
The 7-foot-3 Lithuanian is 12th among all active players with 1,269 blocks, and 21st among current players in rebounds with 5,904.
He’s the ninth player to sign with Miami for the coming season, a list that includes his former Cleveland teammate LeBron James(notes). The Heat are expected to add Jamaal Magloire(notes), Juwan Howard(notes) and Carlos Arroyo(notes) in the coming days.

I know that many Cavs fans want to do give Lebron a legendary "FUCK YOU" when he comes back to Cleveland to play, and they've been thinking of what they could do...
I believe the organization should think long and hard about whether they plan on retiring Big Z's number in the rafters. He's been a real loyal dude to that organization and played with them his entire career thus far...through thick and thin. I assume he has some pretty worthwhile records with the franchise.
If the Cavs brass think that his number will be retired at some point, they should just do the entire ceremony during the first time Lebron and the Heat return to Cleveland. That'd kind of show Lebron.
(this is in no way meant to be taken seriously - the very idea of this all would hinge on the notion that Big Z deserves very little respect - and that you'd only go about using his retirement as a FUCK YOU to Lebron...which would be really low for Z's sake)
