It is a place called Labour Ready and you go to it in the morning sit and wait to see if you have a job for the day. Mostly you get construction or factory work, it is like if someone doesn't show up for their job a company calls Labour Ready so long as the job requires no real skill but it is a good way to make a little extra coin while you are in between jobs, or just looking to make some extra dough on a day off. I am sure there are places in the states that are Day Labour places.

Yeah that happened. I was doing the same job for 3 days so I knew where and when I had to be somewhere. Sometimes when they need someone for a few days you get work for a few days. I didn't really know too much about it before I started working and then I worked with a few of them in one of my jobs and then I just went in and started doing it. It is not the smartest people in the world. I shouldn't really saw that, I think a lot of the people just caught some bad luck.
