I would have to disagree with your assessment, rcarey. You see, this is actually my second air mattress. The first one was a double-decker that popped when I tried to ride it down the stairs of my town house. The current one (purchased by a roommate who was tired of me sleeping on the floor) is inexplicably uneven, with one side constantly over-inflated and creating a slope that is difficult to deal with. The only solution I've found is putting towels underneath the opposing side in an attempt to balance out the mattress. I am not pleased with the situation none.
